Dr. Chavez is a highly trained and skilled general, cosmetic and implant dentist. He has two dental degrees, both from prestigious organizations. His first degree is from the National University of Colombia, and he has a DDS degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he participated in advanced training in restorative dentistry. Dr. Chavez has over 32 years of experience as a dentist and provides full-service, comprehensive dentistry.

With more than 20 years of experience in implant dentistry, Dr. Chavez helps patients regain full, natural smiles through precise implant placement and the creation of beautiful, functional new teeth. He completed advanced training in implant dentistry through a six-month externship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and earned the title of Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), a distinction given to dentists who demonstrate exceptional skill and knowledge in implant treatment.
In addition to his implant expertise, Dr. Chavez is highly trained in cosmetic dentistry, CEREC® one-visit restorations, and laser dentistry, enabling him to provide comprehensive, high-quality care for every patient.
