Dr. Chavez uses dental bonding to correct minor flaws in the teeth. He uses it to close small spaces, to fill minor tooth decay, to repair and cover tooth fractures and to build up teeth for people who grind their teeth. Bonding consists of applying a tooth-colored resin to the tooth and polishing it for a natural finish. Dr. Chavez generally recommends porcelain veneers for a more natural and permanent finish, but dental bonding works well for certain situations and Dr. Chavez can advise you on which will work better.
