State-of-the-Art Implant Treatment
Dr. Chavez uses 3D imaging with our dental CT scanner to capture 360º views of your mouth, jaw and related structures. He can view the bone density and use this data to choose optimum locations to put the dental implants. Planning All-on-4 Treatment
Dr. Chavez takes 3D images and uses them to plan your implant surgery in advance, so your actual surgery is smooth and successful.
For exceptional precision, Dr. Chavez utilizes the X-Guide Dynamic 3D Navigation System. This technology, often combined with photogrammetry, provides real-time, turn-by-turn guidance during implant surgery, ensuring the exact position, depth, and angle are achieved as planned in the 3D model. Photogrammetry uses photographs to create highly accurate 3D spatial measurements of your mouth, feeding this critical data into the planning software.
He works with you to design your ideal new smile. You’ll pick the shape and color shade of your teeth and the overall look of your smile. Dr. Chavez prepares a set of provisional teeth that will be attached at the time of surgery. You’ll walk out with functional and aesthetic teeth.

Surgery and Your New Smile
On surgery day, Dr. Chavez will perform any necessary extractions, place the dental implants and attach the provisional new teeth.
He will also take impressions for your final teeth after the implants have been placed. This is so that he can get the precise measurements now that the implants are in their exact positions.
Once your implants have fully integrated into the bone, your custom-crafted permanent teeth will be placed to complete your smile.
